About the role:

What you’ll do:
Lead the end-to-end development of refrigeration products and components, from concept
definition through launch and production support, ensuring alignment with performance, quality, cost, manufacturability, and business objectives.
In detail, you will:
- Lead product development projects, defining technical requirements, specifications, and
project deliverables.
- Design, create, and review 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and product
documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product validation activities, analyze test results, and
implement corrective actions when required.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Supply
Chain, Marketing, and suppliers to achieve project goals and timelines.
- Lead DFMEA and design review activities to identify, assess, and mitigate product risks.
- Support pilot builds, prototype evaluations, and production launches, ensuring
successful implementation of product changes and new designs.
- Identify and execute cost reduction, value engineering, and continuous improvement
opportunities while maintaining product performance and quality.
- Provide technical leadership in problem-solving activities related to product performance,
reliability, manufacturing, and field issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and engineering standards
throughout the product development process
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product
Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in product development, project management, and cross-functional team
leadership.
- Proficiency in CAD software and a strong understanding of DFMA, DFMEA, and product
validation methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency and the ability to work effectively in a global,
multidisciplinary environment.
