EviSmart (Evident Inc.) is a B2B SaaS dental technology company operating across 28 countries, with offices in Vancouver, Manila, and Seoul. We build the software that modern dental practices and labs run on, serving more than 90,000 labs and dentists worldwide. We are growing quickly, and we are still small enough that the work you do is visible.
The opportunity
Our CEO has a set of projects that sit above any single team. They are cross regional, they matter commercially, and they touch enough departments that no one function can carry them. Today they progress at the speed of one very busy person's attention, which is not fast enough.
We are looking for a project manager to take that portfolio and run it.
It is an unusual and rewarding shape of role. Rather than managing a workstream inside someone else's roadmap, you will manage the CEO's priority projects: scoping them, sequencing them, and working with our leadership team across three regions to get them done. You will see how decisions get made in a growing company, which is genuinely hard exposure to come by.
What you will do
Manage the CEO's project portfolio. Take a standing set of initiatives and move them forward. Scope the work, figure out who needs to be involved, set realistic timelines, gather what you need, and keep everyone updated on where things stand.
Follow decisions through to execution. Turn executive conversations into clear notes with named owners and dates, then track those commitments and flag early when something looks like it is slipping.
Coordinate across our offices. Help run leadership cadence across Vancouver, Manila, and Seoul, including agendas, pre reads, and follow up. Three time zones and three business cultures, brought into one working rhythm.
Prepare leadership reporting. Put together the briefings, decks, and updates that go to our executive team, and support the CEO on board materials.
Support the CEO's day to day. Priority and calendar management, travel, and the coordination that keeps our CEO focused on the right things. This is a real part of the role, and we would rather be upfront about it than have it come as a surprise.
Required
- Around 5 or more years in project or program management, delivering cross functional projects from start to finish
- Experience getting projects done through people who do not report to you
- Comfort following up with senior stakeholders and asking direct questions when something is unclear
- Clear writing, particularly the ability to turn a long or messy conversation into a short, useful summary
- Good judgment with confidential information across compensation, personnel, and commercial matters
- Availability for some early morning overlap with our Asia Pacific offices, typically a few days per week
- Comfort with Notion, Slack, and either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Frequent travelling to various countries. (Manila, Korea, China, Dubai etc.)
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, health technology, or another regulated industry
- Working proficiency in Korean or Tagalog
- Background in business operations or executive support work
- Experience supporting a founder or CEO through a funding round or board cycle
- PMP certification
Who tends to enjoy this role
People who like being handed something messy and undefined and turning it into a plan. You will not always get a clear brief, and you will often be the person who knows best where something really stands, which means speaking up when the answer is not what people were hoping for. If you enjoy ownership, variety, and being trusted early, this is a good fit. If you prefer well defined scope and stable priorities, this probably is not the right role, and that is worth knowing before you apply.
