AI Business Transformation & Project Lead

Your Role

We are looking for an AI Business Transformation & Project Lead to connect business needs with digital and AI innovation, turning opportunities into measurable business impact.

Working closely with Corporate functions, industrial plants, and technical teams, you will:

• Identify and prioritize AI and digital opportunities that improve efficiency, cost, quality, safety, and performance.
• Translate business needs into clear use cases, solutions, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead key projects end-to-end, from opportunity identification to implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Partner with Product Owners, developers, and data teams to design practical and scalable solutions.
• Drive project governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and decision-making.
• Lead change management and ensure successful business adoption.
• Monitor business impact, KPIs, and time-to-value.
• Promote scalable solutions aligned with Group standards and strategic priorities.

Role Requirements

We are looking for someone who combines business acumen, transformation experience, and a strong digital mindset.

• Experience in business or digital transformation, strategy, operations, or project management.
• Strong understanding of business and operational environments, ideally within industrial or manufacturing organizations.
• Proven ability to identify business value and translate challenges into actionable initiatives.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Good understanding of data, analytics, AI and GenAI applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience working across functions and international teams.
• Fluent English.

• Type of contract: Permanent  Full time
• Location: Milan
• Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini.
• Job Level/Category in line with the applicable collective agreement.  
• Gross annual salary no less than: € 50.000
• The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives
