Description
WE MAKE AI REAL
Didn’t find the right role for you? If none of our current open positions feels like the right match, you can always send us an open application.
We’d be happy to hear from you. Tell us what you’re interested in and where you’d like to take your career next, and we’ll keep you in mind for future opportunities at Siili.
AI is increasingly embedded in how we design, build, and transform digital businesses together with our clients, and many of our current opportunities focus on AI and Data. At the same time, our work spans a broad range of technologies, capabilities, and customer challenges, from software and data to business transformation and new ways of working. That’s why we welcome open applications from professionals with different backgrounds and expertise.
What we’d like to know about you
We’d love to hear about your expertise and experience through concrete examples, but also about what matters to you at work and the kind of role you could see yourself in at Siili.
We’re particularly interested in people who want to grow with the changing technology landscape and explore how AI can create meaningful value. You don’t necessarily need to be an AI expert today. We’re equally interested in how AI connects to your current expertise and how you would like to develop your skills in the future.
In your open application, you can tell us about:
What are your strongest areas of expertise?
What kind of work and customer challenges are you interested in?
How does AI currently connect to your expertise, or how would you like it to in the future?
What direction would you like to take your career next?
What happens after you apply?
Our open application is a way for us to get to know you and keep your profile in mind when relevant opportunities come up.
We review applications against our current and upcoming needs. If your background and interests match an opportunity at Siili, our Talent team may reach out to you for a conversation.
If you see a specific open position that matches your profile, we recommend applying directly to that role. You can find all our current opportunities on our careers page.
Your next opportunity might not be open yet.
