Job Description
1. Production Scheduling and Progress Reporting:
- Arrange daily production schedules according to the production plan and promptly report production progress.
- Assist in monitoring the production process to ensure the production plan is completed on time.
2. Procurement Delivery Tracking:
- Confirm material delivery dates with procurement to ensure timely arrival of materials.
- Track material delivery status and promptly push procurement to handle delivery exceptions.
3. Standard Operating Procedure Execution:
- Complete various production control tasks according to the company's established standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all operations comply with company regulations and provide process improvement suggestions when necessary.
4. Data Organization and Reporting:
- Organize production-related data and generate reports for management reference.
- Assist in preparing production meeting materials and participate in meeting minutes.
