- Executive Insights & Remediation: Translate complex financial, operational, and control findings into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. Connect individual findings to broader enterprise themes and influence sustainable remediation and process improvement.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide advisory support for significant business initiatives, transformations, acquisitions, and other strategic priorities while maintaining Internal Audit's independence and appropriate assurance coverage.
- Risk & Assurance Coordination: Partner with SOX, Enterprise Risk Management, Ethics and Compliance, Controls Compliance and Advisory, Information Technology Audit, Cybersecurity, Legal, and external audit teams to align risk coverage and minimize gaps or unnecessary duplication.
- Global Resource Management: Deploy audit resources flexibly across teams and geographies based on risk, complexity, business priorities, workload, and employee development objectives.
- People Leadership: Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing global team through goal setting, performance management, coaching, succession planning, timely feedback, and meaningful experiential development opportunities.
- Digital Audit & Analytics: Champion the use of data analytics, artificial intelligence, AuditBoard, and other digital capabilities to strengthen risk identification, audit execution, reporting, and productivity.
- Functional Excellence: Monitor audit execution, remediation plans, resource utilization, and key performance indicators. Represent Internal Audit in governance forums and lead department-wide initiatives that strengthen the effectiveness and impact of the function.
