About The Team

Job Summary**
The Station Manager at JD.com, Inc. will oversee the daily operations of a logistics station, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods, effective team management, and adherence to JD.com's high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities**
* Manage and supervise all aspects of daily station operations, including inbound and outbound parcel processing, sorting, loading, and delivery.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of delivery drivers and station staff, including conducting performance reviews, training, and scheduling.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery rates, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction, implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Ensure strict compliance with JD.com's operational policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Optimize station workflow and resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Manage inventory of station supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
* Collaborate with regional management and other departments to achieve overall logistics network goals.
* Prepare and submit regular operational reports and analyses.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
* Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational targets.
* Strong understanding of logistics processes, last-mile delivery, and warehousing operations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
