MEP Project Manager - Commercial Plumbing

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial plumbing and process piping projects from preconstruction through final closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background in plumbing construction project management and can lead teams, control project costs, maintain schedules, and deliver quality results while meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, budget, and manage commercial plumbing and process piping projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity, workmanship, safety, and project schedules.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to identify and resolve technical issues and scope discrepancies.
• Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, equipment, and field resources to support project execution.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, billing, and change orders to maintain financial performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, clients, and inspectors to resolve project challenges and maintain clear communication.
• Lead project meetings and track progress against established schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate inspections, commissioning, punch lists, and final project closeout to ensure contractual requirements are met.
