Job Description & Summary

About the role:

The Creative Experiences team reimagines traditional events through creative, innovative and technology-enabled solutions.
The team creates memorable, brand-defining and immersive experiences that inspire clients, colleagues and partners. The team’s work spans PwC-owned client experiences, third-party sponsorships and exhibitions, internal experiences, senior leadership events, and new activities aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities.
We are looking for an experienced, imaginative and highly organised Creative Experience Manager to join our Creative Experiences team on a 12-month FTC.
In this role, you will shape and deliver distinctive experiences across a varied portfolio, moving confidently between fast-turnaround sponsorship and exhibition activations and longer-term, high-profile experiential programmes for senior stakeholders. You will be comfortable joining projects at different stages, sometimes leading a brief from start to finish and at other times stepping into an existing project to provide structure, creativity and momentum.

What your days will look like:

  • Own and deliver a varied portfolio of client-facing, internal and third-party experiences, from shorter-cycle exhibitions and sponsorship activations to longer-term senior leadership and firmwide programmes.
  • Develop strategic and creative recommendations that make experiences informative, immersive and memorable, bringing fresh ideas, external inspiration and a strong creative point of view to projects, while balancing ambition with budget, accessibility and delivery requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, internal project teams and external suppliers, acting as a trusted adviser throughout the project lifecycle, while managing project budgets, forecasts and reporting and making informed decisions that protect both quality and value.
  • Create and maintain robust project plans covering scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, governance, risks, operational readiness and on-site delivery, while acting as an ambassador for what a PwC experience should look and feel like and contributing to the delivery of award-winning and memorable brand experiences.

This role is for you if:

  • You have proven experience creating and delivering a broad range of live, hybrid or experiential activity, such as conferences, exhibitions, sponsorship activations, awards, leadership events or client experiences.
  • You are highly organised, with demonstrable experience managing several complex priorities and tight deadlines, alongside strong project management experience from initial brief and creative development through to production, delivery and evaluation.
  • You have strong creative thinking skills and the ability to develop and present compelling, audience-led ideas.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise, influence and constructively challenge senior decision makers. Experience working with Board-level or C-suite stakeholders is essential.
  • You have strong budget management, forecasting and supplier negotiation skills, with experience managing complex budgets of £75,000 or more.
  • You have a collaborative working style and experience bringing together cross-functional teams and external partners, alongside experience in a corporate or agency events environment.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
