Our suite of specialty analyses helps solve complex design challenges, improves constructability, maximizes energy efficiency, and increases security. We offer a range of services for the full building life cycle to help clients execute ambitious architectural visions. Our consulting services include materials research, specialty analyses, detailed design, engineering and construction support, and glass and building envelope failure investigations. In the technology-driven cladding industry, innovation comes with the territory. Nearly two-thirds of the building envelopes we design and engineer are based on customized systems that involved unique combinations of materials.

Your Role 

As a Senior Engineer in our Façades Practice, you'll take ownership of technically challenging facade analyses, designs, and coordination efforts for building envelope systems. You'll lead small to mid-sized projects as well as selected components of larger projects, exercising sound judgement, proposing practical solutions, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. You will work closely with architects, contractors, engineers, and fabrication partners to solve complex façade challenges.

What You’ll Do 

• Lead façade structural and performance evaluations, including wind, thermal, and condensation analyses.

• Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and design recommendations.

• Mentor junior engineers and interns on project tasks and technical standards.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and fabrication partners to deliver high-quality façade solutions.

• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and technical decision-making.

• Support ongoing learning and professional development for yourself and your team.

What You’ll Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in façade engineering or building envelope design. 

• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar modeling platforms.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

• Initiative to mentor others and contribute to technical excellence.
