·   Partner with Build, Integration, Architecture, Data, and TS teams to understand technical dependencies, deployment sequencing, interface impacts, master and transactional data needs, and business readiness requirements.

·   Identify and manage dependencies where MAKE outputs become OTC inputs, including product availability, inventory status, delivery execution, order fulfillment, billing, customer commitments, and related downstream processes.

·   Facilitate executive governance, readiness reviews, deployment workshops, and cross-functional decision-making forums that drive timely resolution of MAKE and OTC risks and dependencies.

·   Lead ecosystem RAID management and mitigation planning across impacted functions, sites, markets, and deployment waves.

·   Collaborate with manufacturing, commercial, customer service, distribution, finance, and supply chain partners to assess operational impacts, readiness gaps, process ownership, and organizational change requirements.

·   Support business and technology teams in identifying end-to-end process optimization and continuous improvement opportunities.

·   Provide strategic guidance to program leadership regarding deployment risks, sequencing, resource needs, organizational impacts, and readiness decisions.

·   Ensure all work is executed in accordance with Johnson & Johnson Credo values, compliance requirements, and organizational standards.
