Global Products Contracting Officer

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is hiring a Global Products Contracting Officer for a consultancy mission at a client site in Brussels. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent Keystone Solutions within the client environment and contribute to an international digital banking product used in more than 40 countries, with numerous country-specific features.

This opportunity combines client-facing responsibilities, contract preparation and ownership of your own client portfolio. You will be expected to learn the product features applicable to specific countries quickly and become autonomous within two months. All responsibilities below will be carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain direct contact with the client.
• Prepare Connexis contracts.
• Take responsibility for your own client portfolio.
• Learn country-specific features of an international product sold in more than 40 countries.
• Become autonomous in the role within two months.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch is mandatory.
• Fluent French is mandatory.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• The role requires a trilingual professional able to work in Dutch, French and English.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• No specific number of years of experience is required.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Technical writing skills and experience with process modelling techniques and methods.
• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Good understanding of workflow processes.

Mandatory Business Experience:

Business experience is identified as mandatory for this role.

Working Model:

This is a client-facing Keystone Solutions consultancy mission. Following the initial training period, the working model is 50% on site and 50% remote work. The consultant identity remains central: you will be hired by Keystone Solutions and represent Keystone Solutions while delivering value within the client environment.
