Alan Ritchey, Inc. is hiring Seasonal CDL-A Solo Drivers for dedicated routes based out of Hutchins, TX. This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers looking to earn competitive pay during a short-term seasonal assignment while being home daily.
Pay: $0.90 CPM
Position Details
- Pay: $0.90 CPM
- Bonus: $500 upon successful completion of the full season
- Estimated Season Dates: November 30 – December 19, 2026
- Home Daily
- Weekly Mileage: Solo drivers average 1,900–2,300 miles per week
- Dispatch Times: Between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM
- Routes: Dedicated solo routes
- Freight: Drop & Hook, No-touch

Requirements
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience
- No more than 2 driving violations in the last 3 years
- No DUI, DWI, or felony convictions in the last 7 years
- Must meet all applicable DOT qualifications
- Must be available for the full seasonal assignment
