Description
As a GTM Engineer, you will build the systems and automations that accelerate Runware's growth across generative media and LLMs, with a particular focus on improving inbound and outbound go-to-market workflows.
You'll identify opportunities to acquire, activate, convert, and expand customers, then design, build, and test the workflows that turn those opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, you'll own workflows end-to-end — from initial discovery and prototyping through deployment, team adoption, monitoring, and iteration. You'll prioritise what to build based on commercial impact and measure the results.
What you’ll do
- Build and improve automated GTM workflows. Design, deploy, and maintain systems that streamline inbound and outbound processes across generative media and LLMs. Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and support customer acquisition, activation, and expansion.
- Find and prioritise growth opportunities. Study customer journeys, audit our funnel and go-to-market systems, and identify where manual work or missing data slows growth. Test promising customer segments and buying signals, and prioritise what to build based on expected commercial impact.
- Connect account, product, and revenue data. Build integrations between our CRM, research tools, and internal systems. Automate enrichment, deduplication, and account matching, with validation, monitoring, and error handling to keep workflows reliable as volume grows.
- Build targeted acquisition workflows. Source and research accounts, identify relevant buyers, and turn buying signals into timely, targeted outreach. Work with Sales and Marketing on offers, messaging, and follow-up, while maintaining appropriate targeting, suppression, and deliverability controls.
- Build activation and conversion workflows. Track sign-ups, first API calls, stalled model evaluations, and sustained production usage to identify high-potential accounts and conversion bottlenecks. Define account scoring, routing, and Sales handoffs so customers receive the right support at the right time.
- Surface expansion and retention opportunities. Identify growing workloads, declining usage, and opportunities for customers to adopt additional models or modalities. Build workflows with Sales and Customer Success to act on these signals, testing their effectiveness before broader rollout.
- Build practical tools for commercial teams. Automate account research, call preparation, and routine CRM updates. Ship initial versions quickly, gather feedback, drive team adoption, and document and maintain the systems you build.
- Measure results and continuously improve. Define clear hypotheses, baselines, and success metrics for each experiment. Track qualified pipeline, conversion to paid usage, expansion, revenue, and operating costs. Use controlled comparisons where practical and retire workflows that don't deliver measurable results.
