Patient Financial Services Representative
The Patient Financial Services Representative supports the billing and accounts receivable process by following up with insurance companies on outstanding balances, assisting patients with billing questions, and communicating with physician offices to obtain information needed to resolve accounts. This role requires strong customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Billing and accounts receivable experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with patients, insurance companies, and physician offices
