IT Manager

People Perfect is hiring an experienced IT Manager on behalf of a leading financial services organization based in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business applications, particularly Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS), while overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology projects, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support ERP applications, particularly finance and procurement modules, ensuring smooth business operations.
• Oversee Loan Origination Systems (LOS), including customer onboarding, credit proposals, approval workflows, and offer letter processes.
• Lead IT operations, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and technology-related projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and key stakeholders for effective IT service delivery.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new applications, system enhancements, and technology projects.
• Support AI integration, business process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage IT teams, provide technical guidance, and coordinate training and reporting activities.
• Assist with IT procurement, budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.
• Ensure effective IT support, system availability, and timely resolution of technical issues.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant IT discipline.
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, business application management, or related functions.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of ERP systems, particularly finance and procurement modules.
• Practical knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and associated business workflows.
• Working knowledge of SQL queries, database administration concepts, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology project coordination.
• Strong team management, vendor coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of UAT, system implementation, and process automation.
