Front of House Director

Chick-fil-A Lumberton is seeking a Front of House Director who will greatly impact the business. This leader will be responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant and will be tasked with showing care and creating remarkable experiences for our guests. Directors are expected to set the standard for signature service and must lead by example. To do this, our leaders need to actively show a passion for service and for the Chick-fil-A brand. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done makes a great example for all members of your team.

• Build strong relationships with the leadership team as well as the team members.

Specific Experience for a Front of House Director:

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Required: Leadership experience in the customer service industry
