You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing who is based in Vancouver, B.C.  YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM: Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI growth in organic trafficTrack, report, and analyze website analytics Provide ongoing weekly and monthly reports through spreadsheetsOptimize content and landing pages for search engine optimizationPerform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimizationImplement and manage our link-building strategiesManage our email inbox and perform outreach, pitches, and replies with copywriting skillsRecommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SERP positions for target keywordsBASIC REQUIREMENT:Min 2 years of proven SEO experienceCopywriting experience (blogs, website content, captions for social media, etc.)In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Search, Semrush)Has strong background in Link Building (Guest Post Outreach, HARO, Skyscraper, and other white-hat strategies)Familiar with skills like keyword research, email outreach, uploading to WordPress, updating spreadsheets, and participating in forum discussions.NOT REQUIRED, BUT WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET:Experience working for a North American companyWorking knowledge with Google Adwords or Facebook AdsWORK HOURS: Monday to Friday.
