Description
As a Lead Client Servicing Associate in Clearwater’s Strategic and Large Asset Management (SLAM) division, you will support some of Clearwater’s largest, most sophisticated, and fastest-evolving clients. While the client base sits within asset management, a significant proportion of the underlying end-clients are insurers giving you exposure to the operating models, reporting demands, and investment priorities across two major institutional verticals in one role.
You will become a trusted day-to-day partner to clients operating across complex portfolios, multi-entity structures, bespoke reporting requirements, and high expectations for service quality. Just as importantly, you will gain broad exposure to Clearwater’s expanding platform footprint including newer tools and capabilities such as PRISM, Enhanced Statements, Income Forecast Tool, Fund Accounting reporting, Recon Insight, file delivery (BOS) workflows, and related servicing tooling.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their career at the intersection of client partnership, investment operations, product knowledge, commercial growth and process innovation. You will develop highly transferable skills in project oversight, relationship management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional delivery all while working closely with teams across Alternatives, Recon, Product, Billing, Sales and Global Delivery to deliver a seamless client experience.
You will also have the opportunity to leverage AI-enabled tooling to help streamline processing, accelerate investigation and resolution, and identify smarter, more scalable process improvements across the client servicing model.
Why This Role Stands Out
Work on strategic, high-profile clients with complex books of business and meaningful visibility across Clearwater.
Gain exposure to both asset management and insurance use cases, building a broader market perspective than most servicing roles.
Build hands-on knowledge across a wide suite of Clearwater tools and newer product capabilities, including LPx and MLx which sit within the Alternatives space.
Develop skills that travel well into future roles in service delivery, relationship management, implementations, project leadership, product partnership, and commercial strategy.
Play an active part in client growth and expansion, support prospecting activity and helping clients broaden their Clearwater footprint as their businesses scale.

Navigate multi-custodian, multi-portfolio, multi-currency environments with a strong focus on data quality, control, and auditability.
Coordinate across internal teams including Product, Data, Recon, Billing, Global Delivery, Implementation, and Sales to deliver a cohesive client experience and keep work moving without handoff gaps.
