Presales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Presales Manager to join our team at TBot Systems. The Presales Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth by leading the presales activities, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the IT industry, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a strong aptitude for technical solutions. Responsibilities:Lead and manage the presales activities, including solution discovery, requirements gathering, and scoping, to support the sales team in closing deals effectively.Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and pain points, and develop customized technical solutions and proposals that align with their needs.Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies, and use this knowledge to position TBot Systems' products and services effectively.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and product briefings to clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of TBot Systems' solutions.Create and maintain sales collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, and solution documents, to support the sales and marketing efforts.Assist in the development of sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans, in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term business partnerships.Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure seamless transition from presales to project implementation, providing accurate information and insights to facilitate successful project execution.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the internal teams to enhance the organization's overall expertise. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.Proven experience in presales or technical sales roles within the IT industry, preferably in B2B environments.Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT products, solutions, and services, including hardware, software, networking, cloud, and security.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering persuasive presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to customers.Solid project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
