General Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general manufacturing tasks including loading/unloading, lifting, and transporting materials around the worksite
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, free of clutter, debris, and waste
• Support machine operators, welders, assemblers, and other team members as needed
• Learn and assist with welding processes, including TIG and MIG
• Comply with WorkSafeBC regulations and adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored
• Carry out other general labour and manufacturing duties as required

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:

• Punctual, dependable, and committed to a strong work ethic
• Physically capable and willing to work extended hours when needed
• Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Positive, proactive, and willing to learn
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an asset, but not required—full training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of welding is an asset
