Job Description:

The role of Project Manager in Budgeting involves preparing budgets, primarily for client changes, in collaboration with stakeholders such as clients, designers, and project managers.
Key tasks include creating BoQs, ASTI calculations, and time schedules. It also includes contributing to budgets and costs for pre-development solutions.

• Preparation of the various Budgets, mainly Client changes
• In cooperation with various stakeholders (Clients, Designers, Project managers, Business Developers, Procurement, suppliers etc.) prepares BoQs and ASTI calculations of offers, including time schedule.
• Cooperates on preparation of the Budgets and cost and of pre-development solutions.
• Reviewing and processing data and documents received in connection with requests for quotations, involving specialist colleagues where necessary
• Summarizing tenant requirements and determining the technical content to be priced on this basis (item description, quantity calculation, pricing)
• Summarizing incoming requests, obtaining information about requirements
• Consulting with designers and external experts, participating in the preparation of business layouts, fire and environmental protection consultations
• Consulting on specialized work sections, determining technical content and pricing with mechanical and electrical colleagues
• Requesting and processing quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
• Unit price training, unit price calculation
• Benchmark-based pricing
• Compiling a list of assumptions and exceptions
• Compiling design and build offers for offers prepared by the business development department
• Keeping tenant offers, tenant requests, and ASTIs up to date
• Preparing calculations for offers prepared by the business development department
• Seeking cost optimization opportunities and making recommendations
• Identifying risks and making recommendations for their reduction or avoidance
• Taking responsibility for the cost calculation of delegated projects
• Handing over projects to the implementation team at the start of implementation
• Internal communication and close cooperation with the implementation, procurement, operations, and business development departments, as well as with controlling
• Recommendation of new innovations in CTP processes.
