Description
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services under supervision
- Assist with intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Implement therapeutic interventions aligned with evidence-based practices
- Monitor client progress and report concerns to the supervising clinician
- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and agency requirements
- Support clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral strategies
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development activities
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other providers
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards
- Comply with HIPAA and agency policies
- Maintain professional boundaries and ethical conduct
- Attend required supervision and staff meetings
- Support agency mission and client-centered care approach
- Maintain licensure/associate status requirements
Job Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Cleared criminal background check and signed statement regarding felony indictments/convictions
- Cleared TB test results (current within 12 months before employment)
- Cleared pre-employment drug screen,
- Working cellular telephone
