The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing activities, define automation strategy, and ensure high-quality delivery across SAP transformation initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 3+ years in a Test Lead roleStrong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca (Test Automation)Extensive experience in SAP Testing, especially ECC to S/4HANA migration projectsGood understanding of SAP business processes (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.)Experience in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps)Strong knowledge of test lifecycle, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologiesExperience with data migration validation and reconciliation testingExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
