Salary Range: up to 130,000

The role
We’re looking for a seasoned indirect procurement professional with deep experience in facilities, infrastructure, and utilities sourcing. This role will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across critical facility-related spend categories, ensuring operational continuity while driving cost efficiency and supplier performance.
You’ll work closely with global and site stakeholders to manage utilities, facility services, and infrastructure contracts in a dynamic electronics environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing and contract negotiations for utilities and facilities services (e.g., energy, gensets, compressed air, janitorial, security, maintenance).
- Drive cost optimization and energy efficiency initiatives across facilities operations.
- Develop and manage cost-tracking and spend analysis for indirect categories.
- Oversee supplier selection, performance management, and quarterly business reviews.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes (RFQ, PR/PO, DOA approvals).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support site expansions and facility operations.
- Monitor market trends and mitigate risks in the facilities and utilities supply chain.
What we're looking for:
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Facility Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 7+ years in indirect procurement, with strong focus on facilities, infrastructure, and utilities.
- Proven experience managing facilities services contracts and large-scale indirect spend.
- Background in manufacturing electronics or industrial environments preferred.
- Strong expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar systems.
- Strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative.
- Exposure to high-growth or fast-paced electronic manufacturing environments is an advantage.
