Red McCombs Toyota is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer service driven individuals to fill the position of Business Development Center (BDC) Agents. This is a commission-based job with great earning potential, plus the opportunity to work for one of the best-selling, highest-rated, manufacturers in the industry. Responsibilities
- Provide quality follow up to potential customers via phone, email, and text
- Assist customers in an up-beat and friendly manner
- Comprehension of the principles of retail automotive sales
- Emphasis on appointment setting
- Provide customers with basic product information
- Work hand-in-hand with managers and sales team members to facilitate department processes
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Maintain department production standards (outbound calls, appointments, etc)
- Help facilitate the relationship between the customer and the sales department staff
- Must have the ability to follow processes and direction
- Uphold the values, ethics, and professionalism expected as a member of the Red McCombs automotive team
Characteristics of an Ideal Candidate

- Driven and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills—including face to face interaction, writing proficiency, and phone interaction
- Ability to thrive as part of a team while maintaining high individual performance
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Detail oriented
- Customer service or telemarketing background preferred, but willing to train the right person
