In a QSR environment, a 10-minute network outage doesn't just delay an email; it stops trade. As the IT Infrastructure Manager, your mission is to architect and maintain a "zero-fail" infrastructure. You will move beyond simple maintenance to lead a strategic modernization of their network, security, and cloud ecosystems. You will be the primary guardian of system availability for hundreds of sites, ensuring that every Point of Sale (POS) remains connected and every store remains secure.
Profile for Success
- Evidence of Impact: You must demonstrate a track record of managing IT infrastructure for a multi-site retail or QSR environment where high availability is business-critical.
- Technical Mastery: Proven experience architecting and securing networks (LAN/WAN/VOIP) and managing cloud-native tools like Azure AD and Intune.
- Leadership: Experience leading technical support professionals and managing high-value vendor relationships (ISPs, hardware suppliers).
- Core Requirements: IT Diploma/Degree and 3-5 years of senior-level infrastructure experience.
