Our team is growing, and we’re looking for top-caliber Occupational Therapists to join us in Surprise and surrounding locations in Arizona. This position is partially staffed in one of our senior living community partners, Fellowship Square.

What you’ll need:  

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply  

• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program  

• Basic computer literacy skills  

• Current CPR certification
