A local company is looking for an experienced Welder for the night shift.

- The company specializes in remanufacturing waste equipment.
- 4-day workweek (Mon–Thurs, 4:00 PM–5:30 AM) with every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
- Consistent overtime - 52 hours a week
- Must be drug-free.
- Joining a small, established welding crew.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently at a productive rate.
- Ensuring that quality control standards are met.
- Maintaining a safe workplace.
- Assess welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors.
Requirements:
- Must be drug free.
- Excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent work ethic & attendance.
