[What the role is]

Live and breathe brand storytelling, content creation and social media strategy? Want to make an impact locally and internationally with your strategic campaigns? If that's a yes, this might just be the job for you! We are looking for a highly motivated brand and content strategist who is able to craft compelling narratives that resonate with both corporate stakeholders and the general public, and has a passion for digital marketing, social media, and all things content. You will be given the opportunity to work with multi-disciplinary teams, and will be faced with the challenge of converting complex business objectives and brand messages into accessible and engaging content strategies for various target audiences across B2B and B2C segments.

Our ideal candidate has a strong foundation in brand strategy and content marketing, and is able to leverage the latest digital platforms, SEO best practices, and emerging generative AI technologies to create versatile and on-brand content that drives engagement and business results. Understanding of how to optimise content for both traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery is essential!

[What you will be working on]

•    Develop comprehensive brand strategies and content frameworks that effectively communicate with both corporate partners and general public audiences across digital and traditional channels; occasionally offline campaign materials may be required.
•    Create engaging content for web, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns that resonates with diverse stakeholder groups.
•    Implement SEO strategies whilst adapting content for generative AI platforms and AI-powered search experiences.
•    Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, with a professional approach to timelines, budgets and deliverables.
•    Ensure all content and campaigns adhere to JTC's brand guidelines and voice whilst maintaining appropriate tone for different audience segments.
•    Continuously monitor industry trends, platform updates, AI developments, and emerging content formats and best practices.
•    Analyse campaign performance and social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation across traditional and AI-driven channels.
 

[What we are looking for]

•    Background in Marketing/Communications/Business or equivalent.
•    Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in brand strategy, content marketing or social media management with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both B2B and B2C audiences.
•    Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and SEO principles with proven track record of successful campaigns across diverse audience segments.
•    Knowledge of generative AI tools and understanding of how to create content that performs well in AI-powered search and discovery environments.
•    Comfortable adapting quickly to changing market conditions, platform algorithms, and emerging AI technologies.
•    Proficient in social media management tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights), SEO tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Content creation experience across multiple formats (written, visual, video) with ability to tailor messaging for different stakeholder groups and knowledge of basic design principles is necessary.
•    Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English with ability to engage effectively with corporate executives and general public audiences.
•    Results-oriented, motivated and strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities and data-driven approach.
•    Able to work both in a team and independently.
•    Experience with influencer partnerships, community management, and stakeholder engagement will be advantageous.
