Make an impact

Design, develop, and optimize production tools, jigs, and fixtures to support manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety.
Create engineering drawings, specifications, and tooling solutions for mass production.
Develop and implement tooling processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and production requirements.
Troubleshoot tooling-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance.
Support technology deployment, process standardization, and technician training as needed.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: 

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
― 6+ years of experience in tooling, jig design, or manufacturing engineering within a production environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling design, and quality control systems.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and engineering drawing interpretation.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement projects.
