Make an impact

― Design, develop, and optimize production tools, jigs, and fixtures to support manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety.

― Create engineering drawings, specifications, and tooling solutions for mass production.

― Develop and implement tooling processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and production requirements.

― Troubleshoot tooling-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

― Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance.

― Support technology deployment, process standardization, and technician training as needed.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

― Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

― 6+ years of experience in tooling, jig design, or manufacturing engineering within a production environment.

― Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling design, and quality control systems.

― Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and engineering drawing interpretation.

― Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

― Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement projects.
