The Assistant Project Manager (APM) acts as the critical operational bridge between client-side project management and the technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This role ensures effective organization, tracking, and follow-up of tasks across multiple cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Controls: Update and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to reflect all planned reactivation activities
- Technical Writing: Prepare high-level and detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) for inspection, maintenance, repair, and commissioning scopes
- Supply Chain Support: Support budgeting and procurement by generating material and service requisitions with detailed technical specifications
- Asset Tracking & CMMS: Organize project records, certifications, and documentation, ensuring updates are uploaded into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Engineering Support: Manage engineering-related issues using technical queries and review OEM product information bulletins (PIB)
Qualifications & Certifications
- Experience as Project Manager in big drillship related projects
- Previous hands on experience with drilling equipment
