Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Union Community Care in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $220,000-$230,000.
• $20,000 sign-on bonus.
• Student loan repayment up to $75,000.
• 403(b) retirement plan with employer match.
• Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive medicine and wellness.
• Practice within a collaborative care model supported by Advanced Practice Providers, nursing, and administrative staff.
• Work 32 clinical hours plus 8 protected administrative hours each week.
• Utilize Athena EMR to support coordinated patient care.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licensure.
• Commitment to providing comprehensive outpatient primary care.
• Strong communication and collaborative team-based care skills.
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
