We are seeking a talented individual to join our Executive Rewards Research (Global Data Disclosure) Team in Mercer. This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Senior Analyst– Executive Remuneration Delivery (Grade – B2)
Executive Rewards Research (Global Data Disclosure) team works for Mercer’s Executive Compensation consulting wing. Our Executive Compensation consultants across the world assist our clients in taking informed decisions on compensation benchmarking for their top executives and board of directors.
They also design and implement incentive and reward programs for our clients which aligned with business performance.
For our Executive Compensation consultants to provide these advisory services effectively, the ERR team research compensation-related data from annual reports and other financial documents which are publicly available. This data is then used by our consultants for further analysis, benchmarking and advisory to our clients.

We will count on you for:
- Independently & accurately collecting data from verified public disclosures/annual reports
- Self-Reviewing the data end-to-end before sending it to consultants
- Acquiring, Retaining & Growing process knowledge from training documents
- Ensuring compliance with all internal policies
- Maintaining robust documentation
- Identifying ideas for process improvement
What you need to have:
- High attention to detail – e.g. 1 end-to-end project takes 3-4 hours with almost no room for errors
- Excellent Quantitative research skills and analytical ability
- Strong written and verbal English language skills to interact with global stakeholders
- Good command of MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
- Graduate B. Com/M. Com/MBA (Non-tech Mandatory)
- Comfortable working in 11:30 am-8:30 pm shift (Mandatory)
