The role involves analyzing business metrics and trends, overseeing key operational reporting, and ensuring data integrity through quality assurance reviews. You'll also support governance and risk management initiatives by monitoring compliance with internal policies, reviewing documentation requirements, and tracking operational exceptions. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll contribute to strategic initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional projects while building strong relationships that support broader business objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in the Cayman Island’s financial services industry is strongly preferred, with a focus on client service and client experience.
- Proven experience in business analysis, reporting, and operational support functions.
- Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory environments within financial institutions.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
