DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Comm Ops Asset Management Specialist, located in Calle 26 # 69-76, Bogota, Colombia
The Comm Ops Asset Management Specialist plays a critical role in enabling commercial execution by supporting the lifecycle management of pricing and contracting assets across the Commercial organization. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of approved commercial assets, supporting compliance, operational efficiency, and strong collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders. The position offers meaningful exposure to commercial operations, pricing, and contract governance within a global orthopedic business, making it an excellent opportunity to grow within Commercial Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end management of commercial assets related to pricing and contracting, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely updates
- Maintain and organize pricing, contract, and related commercial documentation in approved systems and repositories
- Support with Price & Contract, Sales Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure assets align with approved strategies and policies
- Perform quality checks to validate data integrity, completeness, and compliance prior to asset release or updates
- Track asset changes, approvals, and renewals, ensuring appropriate documentation and audit readiness
- Support internal stakeholder inquiries regarding pricing and contract assets in a timely and professional manner
- Support process improvements, documentation updates, and standard operating procedures related to asset management
- Assist with reporting, metrics, and analysis related to asset usage, accuracy, and timeliness
- Support in cross‑functional initiatives to improve commercial operational effectiveness
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
Experience and Skills
Required:
- Typically requires 1-2 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, pricing, contracts, asset management, or related business support roles
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and validate large volumes of data and documentation
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a regulated or matrixed environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working in enterprise systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated commitment to compliance, quality, and process adherence
Preferred:
- Experience supporting pricing, contracting, or commercial operations within healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences
- Familiarity with pricing governance, contract administration, or commercial approval workflows
- Experience with document management systems, pricing tools, or ERP/CRM platforms
- Process improvement or continuous improvement mindset
- Experience working in a global or regional commercial organization
- Ability to interpret and apply internal policies and procedures consistently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
