Directs the end-to-end written discovery process with opposing legal counsel, meticulously organizing incoming disclosures while drafting compliant responses to interrogatories and production requests.

Coordinates critical scheduling matrices for client interviews, depositions, mediations, mandatory court events, and expert witness consultations.

Maintains impeccably organized, audit-ready digital case files within the firm’s cloud architecture, matching all scanned evidence, correspondence, and pleadings to correct profiles.
Evidence Gathering & Multi-Party Coordination

Acts as the primary operational liaison between attorneys, injured clients, and third-party stakeholders throughout the duration of legal representation.

Corresponds assertively with insurance adjusters, medical providers, billing networks, government compliance agencies, and expert witnesses to request, track, and secure comprehensive medical records and specialized documentation.
