Description
The Engineering Inspector I - LTA position reports to the Engineering Inspections Supervisor.
The primary job duties of this position include:
- Perform inspections and coordinate related inspection activities.
- Ensure utility installations are installed at proper depth and alignment as noted in the approved plans and adopted standards.
- Perform pre-construction meetings with contractors and utility providers.
- Ensure dry utility installations meet Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) Standards and details, as well as all adopted Town Standards.
- Document and enter inspection information in computer databases.
- Document inspections in the Town's electronic permitting software.

*This is a limited-term agreement (LTA) position, eligible for renewal each fiscal year through the completion of the project. These positions are At-Will position and FLSA Non-Exempt - eligible for overtime compensation.

- Valid AZ Driver's License.
