What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the first impression of Beyond Wow and one of the most important people on our team. You'll:

  • Create exceptional experiences in every customer interaction
  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text
  • Help homeowners understand their service options and next steps
  • Resolve concerns and turn problems into positive outcomes
  • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details
  • Coordinate closely with technicians and leadership for seamless service
  • Escalate issues when needed to protect customer satisfaction
  • Represent the Beyond Wow brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and care
  • Live our mission, vision, and core values in every interaction

$19–$24 per hour, based on experience — plus:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • ServiceTitan experience is a major plus, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay calm and professional during challenging customer situations

Schedule & Location

  • Preferred schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • This is an in-office position
  • Must be able to commute to our Taylor, Texas office daily
