YOUR TASKS

You are a crucial part of the cross-functional project team, consisting of colleagues from software development, testing, and agile project management.

As a IT Consultant (all genders), you provide technical and functional advice to our clients from various industries, from scoping to go-live and beyond.

You design technical solutions and system architectures, modeling business processes, especially in the E-Commerce sector.

Through professional requirements management in continuous exchange with our clients' contacts and the creation of software specifications, you have a decisive influence on the success of our projects with the technical solutions you develop.

To stay up-to-date with the latest technology, you occasionally program a Proof of Concept and assist with code reviews.

Depending on the project, IT Consultant (Solution Architect) may bring one or more specialist backgrounds (and can grow across them over time), for example in AI-enabled solutions, web platforms, mobile/embedded environments, cloud/platform engineering, security engineering, and/or solution and business design.

You evaluate new technologies and contribute to the team's technological competence building.

Your strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers help you, along with the project team, to develop optimal solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

Shape and align the solution vision with stakeholders (business + delivery), document key decisions and trade-offs;

Design and evolve end-to-end architecture to meet functional requirements, NFRs, and operational constraints;

Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, observable, and secure-by-default, with production readiness considered early on;

Keep architecture principles practical: guide delivery from design to implementation, joining the team hands-on when needed;

Produce concrete artifacts that teams can use like diagrams, ADRs, API contracts, readiness checklists, runbook inputs, dashboard/alert baselines;

Evaluate and recommend technologies with clear rationale and lifecycle thinking, aligned with the product roadmap;

Drive reuse-first delivery: promote and contribute reusable templates, reference implementations and building blocks across projects;

Mentor team members and remove impediments between teams to maintain momentum and ensure quality.

Enthusiasm for agile work and innovative methodological approaches and technologies.

Good language skills in both spoken and written English.
