As a junior complaint management analyst within our Global Process Lead team, you’ll will participate to the improvement of the management of the Product Technical Complaints at global level involving keys partners as Countries affiliate, M&S manufacturing sites and hub. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Support complaint investigation tracking and performance monitoring
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives
• Take part in quality trending analysis
• Contribute to training and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders

About you
 

• Soft and technical skills: autonomy, rigor, interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Education: Master’s degree level in quality management
• Languages: fluent in english
