Role Overview
This role supports the execution of regional business strategies and operational priorities by developing dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports that strengthen visibility and decision‑making. You will analyze financial, labor, operational, and customer‑experience data to identify trends and opportunities, while leading special projects and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives. The position prepares executive presentations, business reviews, and client‑facing materials, and ensures compliance with Sodexo policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will support account startups, mobilizations, and transitions, partnering closely with Finance, HR, IT, Culinary, and Marketing teams. The role also tracks KPIs, recommends continuous improvement actions, and contributes to employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational communications.

What You'll Do

What You Bring
Operational expertise — 5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, food service, or business management.
Analytical strength — Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision‑making.
Project leadership — Proven experience managing projects, timelines, and cross‑functional deliverables.
Technical proficiency — Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
Multi‑site capability — Experience supporting or managing operations across multiple locations.
Strong communication — Ability to partner with Finance, HR, IT, Culinary, and Marketing teams while supporting engagement and leadership development.
