Work Setup: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM) | Full Onsite (Possibility of a hybrid setup)

Location: Makati
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, applications, and IT-related issues reported by users.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve service requests, incidents, and technical concerns while ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of IT systems, applications, and user access requirements.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and business users to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, procedures, and knowledge base materials while supporting continuous improvement of IT support processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support, service desk, application support, or a related technology role.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting practices, operating systems, hardware, software applications, and basic network concepts.
- Familiarity with IT service management practices, ticketing systems, and enterprise applications; experience supporting accounting or audit-related applications is an advantage.
- Strong customer service, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional services environment.
