Housekeeper

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time - Full Time Housekeeper to support our senior living facility by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation, with a focus on integrity and attention to detail.

 

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure assigned areas are kept clean, sanitary, safe, and organized, following established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible hours and the ability to work on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality housekeeping services to residents.
• Clean resident apartments and common areas, based on the guidelines and schedule determined by the Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Be helpful and polite to residents, be understanding of their needs and respect their privacy, personal property and confidentiality.
• Keep areas of responsibility clean, neat, and organized.
• Cooperate and be polite to all staff, residents, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience with general cleaning products and procedures preferred. Prior experience in hotel or office settings a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals written in English.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Able to work in various weather elements.
• Work well unsupervised.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Capable of being organized and maintaining a professional appearance. 
• Hard worker.
• Team player
