In this role, you will be working as an Electrical Engineer for a client that works in the utility industry. This position will be responsible for relay protection and control engineering including high voltage substation and transmission systems.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.
Pay; $120,000-$130,000/Yr. depending on experience
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5 + years of experience doing design or electrical relay protection and control schemes.
- AutoCAD Electrical preferred
- Experience with substation projects
- Knowledge of one line and three line diagrams, schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience with relay settings and calculations, control panel layouts and specifications
- PLC programming experience preferred
- Create and maintain project schedules and ensure equipment design meets customer specifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
