The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Pre-Construction Manager to join our growing commercial team.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle—from tender stage through to completion—helping to ensure projects are commercially successful while developing your own career within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with tender preparation, estimating and cost planning.
• Support the preparation of quotations and client submissions.
• Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Assist with procurement of materials and subcontract packages.
• Help monitor project costs, variations and budgets.
• Support commercial reporting throughout project delivery.
• Attend client meetings and site visits where required.
• Work closely with the Design, Operations and Project Management teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and commercial records.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organised and eager to build a successful career within commercial fit-out.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience within Quantity Surveying, Estimating or Pre-Construction (or relevant placement experience).
• A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline (or be working towards one).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• A full UK driving licence (preferred).
