Location: Luton
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 basic plus commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour days with flexible start times between 8:00am and 10:00am
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established bespoke exhibition company for a permanent Creative Account Manager to join their growing team.
This is a long-term, permanent opportunity for someone who is driven, commercially minded and enjoys building strong client relationships. You will be managing projects with longer sales cycles of three months or more, so the ability to nurture clients, build trust and develop partnerships over time is essential.
This role would suit someone from an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, Key Account Manager or Client Services background, particularly within exhibitions, events, creative services or other project-led industries.
What You'll Do

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts on a long-term basis

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing clients

Understand client requirements and work closely with internal creative and production teams to deliver bespoke exhibition solutions

Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support new business development

Manage longer sales cycles, maintaining regular communication and consistent client engagement

Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations tailored to client needs

Oversee projects from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth customer journey

Work towards individual sales targets and commission earnings

Experience in exhibitions, events, marketing, design, branding, print, signage or similar industries would be beneficial but not essential
