Monday–Friday schedule; no nights or weekends.
Position overview
We’re seeking a full-time, direct-hire physician to join and be trained in hair restoration/transplant surgery by the owner-physician. This role is ideal for a coachable, entrepreneurial, and team-first physician who wants a long-term career in hair restoration and cosmetic medicine and eventual opportunities for clinical leadership and administrative growth.
Key responsibilities

Train in and perform hair restoration and transplant procedures under the owner-physician’s mentorship.

Provide medical dermatology and cosmetic services as practice expands.

Participate in patient consultations, pre-/post-operative care, and follow-up.

Contribute to practice growth, team development, and patient experience initiatives.

Collaborate with clinical, surgical, and administrative teams to maintain high-quality care and service.

Prior hair restoration experience is NOT required.
