Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience. Expert verbal and written communication skills. Knowledgeable about the cognitive, cultural, physical, and social factors in planning and executing designs for a target audience. Extensive knowledge of current graphic design equipment, tools, and techniques required. Expertise in tools such as Flash, FrontPage, Dream Weaver, Quark, Illustrator, PhotoShop and Acrobat.
