About the role
Reporting to the department head, this role sits at the intersection of ERP leadership and enterprise-wide transformation. As a Program Director, you will take ownership of a complex ERP landscape, with a particular focus on driving group-level consolidation across multiple business units, systems, and geographies. You will play a critical role in rationalizing ERP platforms, standardizing data and processes, and enabling a unified view of finance and operations. Success in this role requires both hands-on technical credibility and the ability to clearly communicate complex ERP concepts to senior business stakeholders. Lead the technical strategy, manage external vendors and execution of ERP group consolidation, including system harmonization, data alignment, and process standardization. Lastly, act as the technical authority across ERP platforms, guiding design decisions and ensuring scalability and performance.
The successful applicants
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 12 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of technology, including driving a sizeable ERP transformation
- Proven experience in managing data architecture, data platform design, or enterprise data transformation, ideally gained across large, complex organisations
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and modern architecture principles, particularly where data, APIs, platforms, and enterprise applications need to work together seamlessly
- You thrive in change, are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy challenging existing ways of working to create better AI solutions.
- You invest in deep, trust-based relationships and use collaboration and influence to resolve differences and align stakeholders.
- Good command in Chinese and English
